But we’re here to take that weight off your back so that you can have more time for what is truly essential – making your website better and looking after your business. With our Optional Admin Services option, you can sit back and relax, since our system administrators will be keeping a constant eye on what is going on on your dedicated service. And we have constructed a special tracking mechanism, which will warn us of any disruptions taking place.

Backup Space

Keeping a complete backup of everything on your server may take you a considerable amount of time. You’ll have to find a 3rd–party location where you can place everything; you’ll have to deploy an automated backup system; you’ll have to continuously double check everything. We’ve got a pretty simple alternative. Our Optional Admin Services package offers you 50 GB of disk space on a backup server. Additionally, we will help you set up the backup procedure. Because the machines belong to one and the same network, everything runs incredibly fast.

Installation & Troubleshooting

If there is a specific service or web app that you want to set up on your dedicated service, but you don’t know how to handle it, or you encounter chronic problems configuring everything yourself, we offer you a solution. Our Optional Admin Services package provides installation and problem–solving tasks, meaning that you will have the complete and undivided attention of our sysadmins for half an hour – more than enough time for them to figure out the problem at hand and make things right. And you can also use that time to ask them to assist you with any other server–connected issues you are encountering.
